Every food bank, pantry, food club and soup kitchen we can identify across Rochdale, Heywood, Middleton, Littleborough, Milnrow and Smallbridge — with addresses, opening times, costs and what you need to bring.
Ring before you travel
Opening times, costs and referral rules change often, and some of these services run on donated stock. A wasted journey is the last thing you need, so please check with the provider before setting off.
Where a listing says a voucher or referral is needed, you will usually need one before you arrive. Citizens Advice, your school, health visitor, GP, social worker or housing officer can normally issue one. Rochdale Borough Council’s Discretionary Crisis Fund can also help in an emergency.

Where this comes from. Compiled by Rochdale Daily on 21 July 2026 from the Rochdale Food Solutions Network signposting resource, maintained by Action Together in partnership with Rochdale Borough Council, together with providers’ own published details.
We list these organisations for information. Rochdale Daily does not run any of them and cannot arrange food, vouchers or referrals. For the most current version, always check the Action Together listing.
