Rochdale town centre will host a full day of free food, performances, creative activities and community connection this Saturday as Side-by-Side: Feed Our Minds & Souls takes place across the town centre.
The event, taking place on Saturday 15 August, is designed around food, community, connection and belonging, with a programme of activities open to residents throughout the day.
Visitors can enjoy free performances, community conversations, creative activities, refreshments and cake, with 100 free lunch bags available for early arrivals.
The programme includes No Such Thing and Story Saturdays, alongside the Wellbeing Zone and Global Café, with organisers promising something for people of all ages to enjoy.
The event forms part of the wider Side-by-Side programme, which is bringing a series of free cultural and community activities into Rochdale town centre this summer.
Families, residents and visitors are encouraged to come along, take part in the activities and spend time connecting with others across the town centre.
