Heywood Sports Village has announced the launch of two new virtual fitness classes, Virtual RPM and Virtual SH'BAM, designed to cater to a wide range of fitness enthusiasts. These classes are set to take place in the Indoor Cycling Studio and Fitness Class Studio, respectively.

Virtual RPM is an indoor cycling workout that allows participants to control the intensity of their session. It combines fun with fitness, enabling individuals to burn up to 500 calories per session while enjoying a motivating soundtrack. The class features a virtual instructor guiding participants through various cycling challenges, including hill climbs and sprints, aimed at improving cardiovascular fitness.

On the other hand, Virtual SH'BAM is a dance-based exercise class that incorporates simple dance moves set to popular music. This class is ideal for those looking to shape up while having fun, regardless of their dance experience. It features a mix of chart-topping hits and modernised Latin beats, making it an engaging option for participants.

Both classes are part of Your Trust's initiative to promote health and fitness within the community. Interested individuals can find more information and register for the classes on the Your Trust website.
